We called a new pastor
We are excited to welcome John Chamberlain to be our new pastor, effective May 7, 2023. Pastor John and his wife Jennifer join us from Salem, and they are excited to get to know our community. Pastor John has created a new office, just inside the north facing door, up the ramp of the church, and welcomes your visit!
About the Congregation
The big, brown church is a small but vibrant congregation. You’ll notice we have lively weekly Bible Studies with 12-18 attending. Sunday school for children is during worship service. We have gotten back to church social events, coffee hour after worship service and feeling normal again.
We recently raised $12,000 to install our new Carillon which is delighting the neighborhood with the joyful sounds of church bells. We frequently offer our iconic three story building to the community. Current local ministries include: food bank, senior meals, the Noisy Offering, and supporting local families in times of need, to name a few.

Located at the base of the Wallowa Mountains, one of the “Seven Wonders of Oregon,” offers stunning natural beauty and boundless outdoor recreation.
